Nutrishus Episode 4: “Guac in the Garden with Marisa”

In this episode, as promised, we’re bringing you back to last Spring when we had our Jamie Oliver’s Garden Party event. If you’ve ever wondered how to make fresh guacamole this one’s for you. You can even serve it at your Monday night football viewing party tomorrow with the bros! Watch as I teach our lovely producer, editor extraordinaire Marisa how it’s prepared!

Recipe:

  • 2 avocados, sliced and diced
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 organic roma tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Nutrishus Fall Premiere: Trendy Veggie

Happy Autumn, friends!

It’s finally here, our Fall premiere of Nutrishus on StagsTV’s newest set! It’s been donated to us by Sara’s Weeknight Meals of Greenwich and we’ve added some nice stag scenery to make it feel like home.

I’ll show you how you can make kale juice (with a subpar blender) and kale chips. We even have some daring veggie eaters who will join us from our studio audience!
